Years ago two different techniques were used to prevent or against boldness.

1. Punch: a little needled size hold using cylindrical scalp may have up until 18 hairs, these made an ant esthetical vision like your hand. |
2. Colgajos: These were losanges of your scalp from the temporal to frontal region making it easy to see the scar.
Now days these techniques are obsolete but have left about reputation for this type of implantation.
